Speaker attribution

Know exactly who said what.

Hiring decisions need more than a transcript. They need a clear record of the candidate's answers, the interviewer's questions, and the evidence between them.

Speaker-aware transcript

Every word has a speaker.

You mentioned paid acquisition earlier. What did that campaign actually look like day to day?

M

Marcus Lee

09:15

Yeah, so I owned Google Ads and LinkedIn, plus some Meta tests. We used HubSpot for the nurture flow and watched where people dropped before becoming an MQL.

O

Olivia Hart

09:16

And when a deal had touched a few channels, how did you decide what to trust for attribution?

M

Marcus Lee

09:17

It was never perfect. I'd check GA4 against Salesforce and our Looker dashboard, then use HubSpot attribution as a guide. CAC and ROAS mattered, but I'd also ask sales if the pipeline was actually moving.

  • Named turns, not “Speaker 1”

Map the conversation to attendee names, roles, and meeting-platform metadata when it is available.

  • Evidence stays attached

Speaker labels and timestamps make it easy to return to the exact answer behind a hiring decision.

  • Code-switching stays readable

Follow the same speaker when an interview moves between languages.

  • Ambiguity is visible

When an assignment is uncertain, Recruiti flags it for review instead of presenting a false certainty.

Structured summaries

A summary built for the next decision.

Give every interviewer the same clear view of the candidate, with the context, format, and language your hiring process needs.

Growth Marketing Manager

Strong signal

Strengths

  • Six years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS startups.
  • Runs Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads across $40k–$120k monthly paid-media budgets.
  • Uses GA4 and Looker for channel reporting, then connects HubSpot and Salesforce data to MQL, demo, and opportunity performance.
  • Comfortable in lean 10–30 person startup teams, owning campaign strategy, hands-on execution, and weekly performance reporting.

Considerations

  • Limited detail on leading a larger in-house team or managing external agencies.
  • Would benefit from a deeper discussion of enterprise sales cycles and longer buying committees.
Project templates

A custom template for every hiring project.

Shape the summary around what you and the hiring manager need to assess for that role.

Add context

Bring the role into the summary.

Add the job description, culture deck, company information, and role requirements. Recruiti takes that context into account for a more relevant summary.

Ask AI

Ask the interview anything.

Follow up on the conversation while the details are still fresh, then return to the evidence behind the answer.

Interview follow-up

Follow the answer back to the conversation.

Questions recruiters ask

Things recruiters ask before signing up

If your question isn't here, email hello@recruiti.io.

  • Which languages does Recruiti AI handle well?

Recruiti AI is tuned for languages recruiters in non-English-first markets use every week — Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Polish, German, French, Spanish, and more — including accented English and code-switching inside one sentence. Audio quality matters; we recommend a headset on at least one side of the call.

  • How does it handle accented English?

Accented English is the common case, not an edge one. We specifically test against Baltic, Central European, Nordic, Iberian, and Latin American accents, and tune the models when we see a drop.

  • What happens to recordings and transcripts?

Recordings, transcripts, and summaries follow your plan's retention window (for example, 30 days on Free). You can delete an interview at any time, which removes its transcript and summary from your workspace.

  • Which video platforms does the bot join?

Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams — when the join link is in your Google Calendar event. For phone screens, in-person interviews, or other sources, use manual upload.

  • Can I cancel without emailing anyone?

Cancellation is a button in the dashboard. No phone call, no sales retention script. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle and then stops.

  • What counts as an interview against my plan?

An interview only counts when a summary is successfully generated. Calls that fail, never connect, get cancelled, or produce an empty transcript do not count toward your volume.
